Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the hybrid solar power system (solar, batteries, inverter, grid, and generator).
• Operate and maintain three-phase machines and electrical panels.
• Carry out general electrical repairs and fault troubleshooting.
• Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance.
•  Safely operate and monitor generators and power changeover systems.
• Respond promptly to electrical faults during night and weekend duties.
• Ensure correct power source prioritization to protect equipment.
•  Follow all electrical safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
•  Report faults, incidents, and maintenance activities to the supervisor.
•  Maintain good communication during shift handover.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of hybrid solar and generator systems
• Understanding of three-phase electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults
• General electrical maintenance and repair
• Ability to work independently during night and weekend shifts
• Strong safety awareness

Working Conditions

• Rotational night and weekend duties
• On-call response to electrical emergencies when required.
