Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician experienced in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems on construction sites.
• The ideal candidate must be proficient in cable conduit installation, wiring, termination and control panel setup, with strong hands-on skills using electrical tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install cable conduits, wiring, and electrical fixtures according to project plans.
• Install and set up control panels on site.
• Test and inspect electrical systems to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Use electrical tools and testing equipment effectively and safely.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and construction schematics.
• Follow safety protocols and site regulations.
• Report faults or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with commissioning and handover of electrical systems.

Requirements

• NABTEC, National Diploma (ND) or relevant technical certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology.
• Proven experience in installing cable conduits, wiring, and control panels.
• Skilled and comfortable using electrical tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of Nigerian electrical safety standards and construction site protocols.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player with effective communication skills.
