Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Superflux International Limited

Reporting to:     Head of Engineering

Principal Accountabilities:

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance
• Promptly attend to faults reported by the production team and ensure minimum turnaround time for the repair activities.
• Maintain track of each problem to enable the establishment of the root cause analysis.
• Monitor the consumption and track the stock levels of spares and consumables for each machine.
• Assist the machine operators on all possible aspects to achieve the target output.
• Train the machine operators.
• Fine tune the machines from time to time and always ensure that the machines are tuned appropriately to achieve the targeted output
• Assist in implementation processes.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation for all the engineering and maintenance activities.
• Ensure the smooth handover of maintenance activities from one shift to the other

Qualifications: 

• Must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Problem-solving skills and initiative. 
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment. 
• Good analytical skills.
