Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment to support production operations.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, control panels, and automation systems to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical components and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment efficiency.
• Implement energy-saving strategies to optimize power consumption and reduce operational costs.
• Perform electrical system inspections, testing, and documentation for audits and reports.
• Assist in the installation, calibration, and upgrade of electrical systems in production lines.
• Analyze electrical failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Stay up to date with emerging electrical technologies to enhance system performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and system design, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, industrial automation, and electrical circuit troubleshooting.
• Experience with electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory codes, and energy management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electrical design software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
