Electrical Coordinator at Mar and Mor Integarted Services

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate the electrical design drawings to the BIM/CAD coordinator and assess the shop drawings’ technical and quality aspects before submission
• Create comprehensive breakdown for the project electrical scope of work divided into LV and ELV, then to subdivide each down into 3 phases, 1st, 2nd, and final fix in order to create the materials submittal schedule in correspondence with the project execution phases.
• To follow up with materials submittals till completion and upon approval to produce the quantity takeoff with or without the PMO engineer in charge based on the workload but it has always to be under your direction.
• The follow-up with the materials takeoff should continue till the order is placed and the purchase order has been issued
• To contribute to sourcing multiple quotations for competitive materials cost that can still maintain decent and acceptable quality, and to produce cost analysis with and without the PMO engineers based on the work demand
• Supporting the Mar&Mor design team occasionally based on their need
• To attend and provide support with technical and progress meetings based on demand for on-hand projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience as a Electrical Engineer in an MEP contracting environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and industry-standard tools.
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems.
