• Multiple positions are available for tutor / trainers, our selection process involves 3 steps, online application, online test, and final interview.
• Tutor trainers are educators who meet the requirements stated below.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver online training programs for new tutors and re-training programs for existing tutors.
• Provide support and mentorship to tutors.
• Stay up to date with the latest online learning technologies and best practices.
• Our tutors deal with different children everyday, tutor trainers are expected to offer special intervention and guidance to tutors handling slow learners or difficult children.
• Trainers must keep themselves acquainted with current changes in the educational system and curriculum in our countries of operation and their provinces.
• Earlylead Tutor Academy is a place of educational research, tutor trainers will be expected to conduct webinars and presentations on relevant educational topics.
• Activities at Earlylead Tutor Academy are virtual, tutor trainers should be able to commit to remote work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or PGDE in Education, M.Ed will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in early childhood education.
• Candidates with B.Ed in Mathematics, Computer Science and English Language are strongly advised to apply.
• Excellent understanding of pedagogy and pedagogical approaches.
• A sound understanding of curriculum development.
• Ability to use online educational tools effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Uninterrupted access to electricity and internet.
