Job Summary
We are in need of passionate and qualified Educators, skilful in 21st-century teaching and learning, as:

• Subjects Teachers in Osengere, Ibadan,
• Class Teachers in Alakia, Ibadan, and
• Assessment Officers in Alakia, Ibadan,

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a class
• Identify and adopt the most effective teaching approaches for the students.
• Monitor teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of the students
• Plan and deliver effective sequences of lessons
• Identify and teach skills that will develop students’ ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Identify and teach skills that will develop students’ social independence
• Lead a subject(s) or identified area within the School Improvement Plan and ensure progress is at least Good.
• Report students’ progress.
• Devised effective methods of assessment
• Assess students based on provided curriculum
• Prepare students for external examinations

Qualification and Skills

• Applicants should possess a B.Ed, B.A (Ed) or B. Sc (Ed) in any equivalent degree with PGDE or M. Ed.
• He / she must be must passionate about teaching
• He / She must be Innovative
• Completion of NYSC is compulsory
• Basic ICT skills is compulsory
• Apt to learn new skill.
