The Academy Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the academy, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent student experience, effective team coordination, and achievement of business and enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 - 8 years experience managing operations, training centers, educational institutions, or service-based businesses.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet business targets and drive growth.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or student management systems is an added advantage.
