Education Officers (Quality Assurance) at S-TEE Schools

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies.
• Conduct regular assessments of academic programs and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of teaching and learning.
• Prepare reports and maintain records on quality performance.
• Utilize learning technology in the planning and delivery of curriculum lessons.
• Drive teacher\'s compliance to educational standards and regulations
• Conduct school visits, collect education/learning assessment data, and flag & resolve issues to maintain uninterrupted learning
• Collaborate with educators to provide constructive feedback, identify areas for improvement and facilitate professional development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
• Strong analytical, observation, report-writing skills, verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
