    Ecommerce Operations Manager (Sales Focused)

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the ecommerce business, ensuring smooth functioning of inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
    • Develop and implement systems and processes to optimize efficiency, improve productivity, and streamline operations.
    • Set ambitious monthly sales targets and work closely with the team to achieve and exceed them.
    • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of ecommerce professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
    • Monitor market trends, analyze customer behavior, and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, pricing, and competitive landscape.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in ecommerce operations.
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team to identify training needs and areas for improvement

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in a sales-focused environment.
    • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, inventory management systems, and order fulfillment processes.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve targets.
    • Solid understanding of sales strategies, digital marketing, and customer acquisition techniques.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proactive and result-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-changing work environment.
