Early Years Teacher at Royal Resource Management (RRM)

About the Role

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, nurturing, and well-versed in child-centered learning methods, particularly the British or Cambridge Early Years Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, social skills, and creative play
• Track developmental milestones and report on student progress
• Engage with parents and caregivers through regular updates and meetings
• Use a variety of learning tools, storytelling, music, and activities to support growth
• Foster creativity, independence, and curiosity in every child

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NCE
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an early years or nursery classroom
• Strong knowledge of EYFS or Cambridge Early Years curriculum
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
•  Passionate about working with young children
• TRCN Certification is an added advantage.
