E-commerce Technical Expert at Crescita Solutions

Role Overview

The E-commerce Technical Expert will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and maintaining online stores using WordPress (WooCommerce) and Shopify. You’ll collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure seamless user experience, payment integration, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and customize e-commerce stores using WooCommerce and Shopify.
• Integrate secure payment gateways and third-party plugins.
• Optimize product pages for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement and manage analytics, order management systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers on UI/UX improvements for better conversions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce technical issues quickly.

Requirements & Skills

• Hands-on experience with Shopify and WordPress WooCommerce.
• Understanding of e-commerce SEO (Rank Math, Yoast, or similar).
• Experience with product catalog setup, order management, and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
