This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce, Sales Specialist located in Lagos.
As an E-commerce, Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through e-commerce platforms.
Your day-to-day tasks will include generating and driving sales online, Increase profitability through e-commerce sales ,managing online product listings, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase online sales, visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketing
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
Ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights
Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
Knowledge of customer service principles
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
