E-Commerce Operations Analyst at Rivy (Formerly Payhippo)

Job Responsibilities

• Supplier & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with equipment distributors, vendors, dealers, and other stakeholders while sourcing products, confirming availability, obtaining updated pricing, and keeping OEM product listings up to date.
• Procurement & Order Management: Coordinate procurement activities, including order tracking, supplier follow-ups, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Sales & Customer Operations: Engage and qualify customer enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, support customer onboarding, and track sales performance across assigned portfolios.
• Inventory & Data Management: Maintain accurate supplier databases, inventory records, pricing information, OEM product sheets, and order tracking documents to ensure data accuracy.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. Operational Excellence: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, execute tasks accurately, communicate progress proactively, and escalate issues where necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and follow-up skill
• 1–2 years in operations, procurement, supply chain or customer-facing sales support
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Candidate must reside in Lagos
• Ability to move within Lagos for sourcing when required
