Key Responsibilities:

• Transport management to and from designated locations in a friendly and professional manner
• Transport guests to and from designated locations in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with their luggage
• Maintain the vehicle clean and in good condition
• Adhere to all traffic and corporate regulations
• Report any accidents or injuries to the management immediately
• Ensure the shuttle service is provided in a timely manner
• Provide information to guests about the local area and hotel amenities
• Perform routine vehicle inspections
• Resolve any guest complaints in a calm and professional manner

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a shuttle driver, taxi driver, or similar role
• A valid driver’s license
• A clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of the local area’s roadways and attractions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy luggage
