    Job Description

    • The driver is responsible for undertaking driving assignments and providing these services safely and efficiently and reports to the Administrative Officer in Abuja.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Undertake driving assignments and provide these services safely and efficiently.
    • Responsible for the organization & passengers' property while driving.
    • Maintain & clean assigned vehicles with care and report any damage to the Transport Officer / Administrative Officer.
    • Report the mileage to the Admin. Officer periodically.
    • Responsible for assigned vehicle and its tools, equipment, and spare parts.
    • Record transport logbook for assigned vehicles every day.
    • Conduct a regular, thorough inspection of the vehicle before use.
    • Carry out minor vehicle repairs like tyre and bulb changes.
    • In case facing or being involved in a traffic accident, report immediately to supervisors and police.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
    • Knowledge of Abuja and Lagos Road networks as well as the Republic of Benin road network.

    Education Background and Experience

    • WAEC / GCE or OND
    • Minimum of 5 years of driving experience
    • Third-grade license or any equivalent license that can allow one to drive station wagon/medium-sized trucks
    • English Proficiency: WAC, Intermediate
    • Ability to read, understand, and adhere t government and organization rules and regulations
    • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
