We are seeking a Drilling Supervisor to join our team.
Supervise day-to-day rig operations, ensuring all drilling activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with approved programs.
Lead HSE initiatives and enforce compliance with regulatory and corporate standards on-site.
Coordinate logistics, manage contractor performance, and troubleshoot operational issues in real-time.
Ensure accurate daily reporting, cost tracking, and timely communication with the Drilling Engineer and Head Office.
Mentor rig personnel and ensure adherence to best practices for well control and integrity.
Minimum 10 years’ field experience in drilling supervision with valid IWCF/WC certification; must be fluent in rig site operations and safety protocols.
