Dredging / Marine Engineers at Hitech Construction Company Limited

Duties include but are not limited to:

• maintain the dredger or auxiliary vessel as efficiently as possible.
• overseeing daily activities onboard of both engine room and deck equipment.
• overseeing maintenance carried out of engine room and deck equipment and ensuring the dredger remains up to standard.
• daily report of engine room reports to the technical supervisor.
• Ensuring spare parts are ordered in time to avoid unnecessary downtime.
• Keeping track of running hours for timely maintenance.
• overseeing the safety standard is maintained onboard.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience as a dredge/marine engineer for a reputable dredging company.
• To be considered you will need to have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability, and competence in technical and operational aspects of dredging.
• Should be able to swim
• Should have a good command of the English language
• Good writing skills
