DPO/2nd Officer at Stratford Integrated Logistics LTD

We urgently require an experienced Nigeria National for DPO/2nd Officer

Purpose of Role
The 2nd Officer DPO will act as DP Watchkeeper and Navigation Officer.

Reporting Relationships
The 2nd Officer DPO reports directly to the Chief Officer / Vessel Master.

Operational Roles and Responsibilities
The 2nd Officer DPO has the following prime operational responsibilities as assigned.

The 2nd Officer DPO shall be measured against the following criteria:

• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• The ability to lead and manage a vessel team.
• The ability to effectively work with and support the interface relationship between marine and project personnel.
• Able to communicate effectively and articulately at all levels.
• Experience in maritime activities.
• An awareness of international Codes Standards and Specifications.
