Documment Controller at Frazimex Engineering Limited

Responsibilities

• Monitor status of project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule, SOW & PEP.
• Review & verify all documents for completeness/compliance with contract requirement.
• Prepare transmittals and distribute all deliverables effectively while maintaining the logs.
• Create Document Numbers, application of return code, revision number and timely updates of document status as required for all correspondences and documents.
• Ensure all controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are provided to appropriate engineers.
• Check quality of documents, Monitor processes and Produce listings.
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
• Input document data into the standard registers (MDR, MDDM, VDR, SDR etc.) ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Generate the various document control reports as required.
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings in the document control office.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project execution.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Eng. in any Science or Engineering field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familair with Detailed Engineering work flow.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
