Document Control Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
Job Knowledge/Experience
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel and Adobe
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Proven skill for creating and implementing controlled document processes
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS
- Archival experience
- Proficient in SharePoint, ProArc and/or other document management software and web-based
Skills
- Detail oriented and meticulous work ethic
- Extremely organized and efficient
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Report writing
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel and Adobe
- Document management skills
- Effective Communication
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities to completion with tight timeline
Requirements:
- BSc. Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or similar field
- Min of 5 years’ experience in oil and Gas industry
- Relevant Certifications
