Distribution Management System (DMS) Operations Officer at AAVA Brands

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Validation
• Records all dispatches (WiC), invoices, and returns promptly within the DMS.
• Validate entries against BeatRoute data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Flag incomplete or erroneous uploads to the Regional DMS Compliance Lead immediately.
• Dispatch & Stock Reconciliation
• Reporting & Documentation.
• Compliance & System Discipline.

Qualifications and Knowledge

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in data entry, warehouse operations, or distributor management.
• Experience with ERP / DMS platforms or FMCG operations is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Familiarity with DMS or ERP platforms.
• Ability to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
