To manage and oversee the distillation process, maintain equipment, and adhere to production schedules to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality ethanol in the factory.
Principal Accountabilities
Operates and monitors the distillation equipment and control for the efficient and effective production of Ethanol according to quality standards
Conducts regular sampling and testing of ethanol to ensure quality specifications are met and maintain product consistency.
Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of the distillation equipment to meet equipment reliability and prevent production disruption.
Adjust operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to optimize the distillation process and achieve desired product characteristics.
Maintain accurate logs of production data, equipment performance, and any issues encountered to track and support operational analysis and continuous improvement.
Converts fermented molasses to RS and then to ENA to produce high-quality spirits that meet the required purity and quality standards for further use in distillery products.
Job Requirements
Education:
Minimum requirement: Minimum of an OND in a science-related field.
