In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our disposal operations coordinating between the sales, finance, and dealer engagement teams to ensure seamless execution and reporting.
Your day-to-day will include:
Conducting regular vehicle pricing analysis.
Coordinating vehicle sales, from website listings to park & sell management.
Monitoring dealer engagement and supporting park & sell activities.
Gathering and validating offers, ensuring accuracy before internal review.
Presenting offers to stakeholders for decision-making and tracking all outcomes.
Driving dealer participation in auctions and offer rounds.
Monitoring sales transactions, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.
Collaborating across teams to ensure smooth repo sales closure and timely payment settlements on Acquire.
Supporting continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending enhancements.
Who You Are:
You’re organized, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
You have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts.
You’re comfortable working with digital platforms and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in sales operations, asset management, or process coordination.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
