Dispatch Riders at HR Manager

We are a business support services firm located in Lekki, Phase 1, Lagos providing delivery and pick-up services to corporate organisations and individuals. 

We are currently in need of four (4) dynamic young individuals with excellent knowledge of Lagos Environs road network for the position of Dispatch Riders.

Job Description

• The dispatch rider will be responsible for outdoor and indoor delivering, sending & collecting of official documents, materials, packages and bulky items when needed.

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Senior High School Certificate
• Additional Information
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be familiar with locations in Lagos
• Applicants should live in the Lekki / Ajah, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Lagos Island Axis

Requirements

• Qualification: SSCE / GCE / NECO
• 1-3 years riding experience in Lagos
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos Roads
• Demonstrate Customer centricity
• Highly professional and able to work independently
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure
• Polite and able to get along with people
• Must understand and speak English Language
• Must possess a valid Rider’s Permit  and licence.

Salary: NGN 45,000 per month paid as NGN 30,000 (salary) and NGN 15,000 (guaranteed monthly transportation allowance)
