Dispatch Rider at Soteria Eye Clinic

Responsibilities

• Ride company's motorcycle to accomplish official duties
• Ensure the consistent safety of documents, goods, and the motorcycle
• Updating the Rider’s Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.
• Ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
• Transporting and receiving documents and items quickly with a motorcycle
• Record information, such as items received and delivered
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliverieEnsure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle)
• Perform any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:

• A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSCE).
• At least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position.
• Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.

Skills Required:

• Ability to communicate, read and write.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have good numeracyskills for delivery and expenses records.
• Polite and able to get along with people.
