Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and company locations.
• The ideal candidate must be familiar with Lagos routes, especially Lekki and Victoria Island, and demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver packages, orders, and documents to customers and company locations promptly
• Ensure safe handling and accurate delivery of all items
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries
• Maintain proper documentation of deliveries and obtain customer confirmation where necessary
• Ensure the motorcycle is well maintained and in good working condition
• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations
• Provide good customer service during deliveries
• Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor immediately

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
• Valid rider’s permit and driver’s license
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a dispatch rider
• Good knowledge of Lekki, Victoria Island, and surrounding areas
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
