Description 

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced dispatch rider for immediate employment. The successful candidate must reside in or around the Lekki axis and possess a valid rider card/license.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver items to specified locations within the Lagos Island axis.
• Ensure prompt and safe delivery of packages to the assigned destinations.
• Navigate the fastest and most efficient routes to maximize delivery time.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of pick-up and delivery, recipient name, and any other relevant information.
• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is always working well by conducting routine checks and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations to ensure personal safety, the safety of others, and the company's reputation.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with clients and customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management as necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• Must have a valid rider card/license.
• Must reside in or around the Lekki axis.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the Lekki and surrounding areas' routes, traffic patterns, and transportation systems.
• Possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to withstand long hours of riding and perform manual tasks, as needed.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual with good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimum supervision.
• Possess a high level of honesty and integrity.
• Willing and able to adhere to the company's safety regulations and policies.
