Dispatch Rider at Alibert Group

Location: Industrial Area Idu, Abuja  

Job Summary

• The dispatch rider will be responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery, sending & collecting of official documents, materials, packages and bulky items as needed by the Management Staff.

Responsibilities

• Picking up and delivering various packages to specified locations as per the delivery instructions provided by the Management.
• Verifying addresses and locations before each delivery to ensure that there are no errors.
• Carefully planning travel routes to ensure that packages are delivered to recipients in a timely manner.
• Securing packages to prevent damage during transit.
• Obtaining recipients’ signatures upon completion of each delivery to confirm receipt of the correct items.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all packages delivered to recipients.

Requirements

• A minimum of OND
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or relevant position.
• Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
• Ability to communicate, read and write.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have good skills for delivery and expenses records.
• Polite and able to get along with people.
• Must own a valid Driver’s License.
