Dispatch Rider at Advantage Health Africa

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages, medications, and other items to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of all items to prevent damage or loss.
• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures or confirmations where required.
• Ensure the motorcycle is kept in good condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company delivery protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding delivery updates, delays, or issues.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
• Valid rider’s permit and driver’s license.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks.
