Dispatch & Finished Goods Officer at Spiro

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the dispatch of finished electric vehicles to customers, dealerships, or other locations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and paperwork for dispatched vehicles, including invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.
• Maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory, including vehicle location, status, and quantity.
• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to arrange for vehicle transportation and delivery.
• Monitor and track vehicle movement from warehouse to delivery points.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch and delivery of vehicles.
• Maintain communication with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders regarding dispatch and delivery status.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 years work experience.
