Job Description

• Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Workshop to oversee and optimize our production processes within the Production Technology Department. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the workshop team to achieve production targets and KPIs. Implementing and maintaining efficient production processes and systems. 
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Collaborating with other departments to optimize production flow. 
• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement. 
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency. 
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
