Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Workshop to oversee and optimize our production processes within the Production Technology Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the workshop team to achieve production targets and KPIs. Implementing and maintaining efficient production processes and systems.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Collaborating with other departments to optimize production flow.
Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency.
In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
