Director of Strategy and Expansion at The People Practice

Our client- An Educational NGO is looking to hire a Director of Strategy and Expansion to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the organization's growth and expansion plans. This role will be instrumental in shaping the organization's long-term direction, identifying new opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve the organization's growth objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Lead the development of proposals, business plans, and other documentation required for expansion projects.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to promote the organization's brand and reputation.
• Develop and manage budgets for expansion projects, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff working on expansion projects, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of expansion initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that objectives are met.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline. A Master's degree
