    Direct Sales Representative

    About the job

    Responsibilities of a Traction DSR.

    • Generate revenue for Traction apps through POS terminal sales & revenue generation.
    • Attend team meetings twice in a week virtually & performance review..
    • Engage the DSR Community whatsapp platform.
    • Support Merchant onboarding upon request in regions.
    • Serve as Trainer & Merchant Onboarding Support.

    TARGET

    • 20 active POS terminals to be deployed every month doing at least 500,000.
    • Over 50% Growth in Portfolio Month on Month
