Job Description

• The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for implementing the sales activities of the company and creating visibility by increasing the clients base through aggressive lead generation,taking accurate tailoring measurements of clients,follow up on prospects, and door-to-door knocking.
• The job is an partly remote,so having a smart phone to communicate is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to clients.
• Utilize door-to-door knocking and cold calling techniques,introduced products to client on the field,Up-sell both existing and new clients.
• Provide after sales support to clients to ensure optimals ervice delivery.
• Maintain updated knowledge of all products and services.
• Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems;developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Contribute to overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Submit weekly & monthly reports of achievements and projections for the following month.
• Maintain adequate record keeping of all sales and service activities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
