• Initiates and develops relationships with MSMEs and others for business growth.
• Works with management in developing timely solutions for client requirements
• Contacts and follows-up on prospects for new opportunities
• Maintains strong knowledge of Graines’ products, pricing and policies
• Maintains security and confidentiality of client information
• Maintain a steadily growing portfolio of customers.
• Ensure proper documentation of all loan customers.
• Create trust relationships with customers when possible, to avoid future issues
