    Direct Sales Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Direct Sales Manager who is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets.
    • The Direct Sales Manager will be based in Lagos but can work remotely for some time, and will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation strategies.
    • The Direct Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and coaching team members, as well as coordinating sales activities and collaborating with other departments in the company.

    Qualifications

    • Team Management and Communication skills
    • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Lead Generation
    • Experience in Training and coaching team members
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
    • Strong networking and relationship management skills
    • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets
