About Job
- Actively promote and sell the company’s IPPIS loan products to federal government employees on the IPPIS platform.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers through field marketing, referrals, and direct engagement.
- Provide customers with accurate information on loan terms, requirements, and repayment schedules.
- Guide prospective clients through the loan application process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Team Lead.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on competitor loan products, pricing, and market dynamics.
