Role Description

• We are seeking a Direct Sales Agent for a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja. The individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting and selling financial products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with financial product inquiries, and preparing reports on sales activities. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey product value
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities to address client needs and achieve targets
• Understanding of finance principles and concepts for informed discussions with clients
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in sales, finance, or customer service is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree/HND/OND in business, finance, or related field is preferred
