    Direct Sales Agent

    • You will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting for new clients, and educating them about our loan and deposit products.
    • You will also oversee building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending the best products to fit their circumstances.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads and prospect for new clients
    • Educate clients about our loan and deposit products
    • Build relationships with clients and understand their needs
    • Recommend the best products to fit clients' individual circumstances
    • Close deals and generate revenue
    • Meet and exceed sales targets
    • Provide excellent customer service

    Qualifications:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to build rapport with clients and gain their trust
    • A strong understanding of financial products and services
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • A proven track record of success in sales
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
