    Direct Sales Agent / Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking to hire a highly detail-oriented and dedicated Sales Agent to join its dynamic team and contribute to its commitment to excellence.
    • The ideal role holder will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations

    Job Responsibilities

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Conducting market analysis to determine property value and provide clients with accurate and realistic pricing strategies.
    • Actively seeking out and connecting with potential clients and opportunities through effective marketing.
    • Staying informed about market trends, new listings, and industry best practices.
    • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

    Person Specification

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Agent or Marketer in Real Estate or similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
    • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and neighborhoods.¥
