Job Summary

• Our client, a global leader in solar and energy solutions, is seeking motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Agents to promote its innovative solar products and expand its customer base across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for solar products and solutions.
• Conduct field sales activities, including door-to-door marketing and customer visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Educate customers on solar energy solutions and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales activity reports.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer and competitor activities.
• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Basic Microsoft Office and reporting skills.
• Must reside in the assigned location and be willing to travel within the territory.
