Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: DSAs build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support to understand their financial needs and preferences.
• Sales Closing: They negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to finalize sales and secure customer commitments.
• Sales Target Achievement: DSAs are responsible for meeting or exceeding their assigned sales targets.
• Customer Service and Issue Resolution: They handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reporting and Analysis: DSAs prepare sales reports, analyze sales performance, and provide feedback to the bank on market trends and customer feedback.
• Product Knowledge: They stay up-to-date on the bank's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Compliance: They ensure adherence to the bank's policies and procedures, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
• Account Opening and Documentation: DSAs assist customers with the process of opening new accounts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Following Up: They follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests to maintain strong relationships and drive sales.
• Maintaining Records: They keep accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and other relevant data.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: DSAs actively seek out potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation campaigns.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: They present the bank's products and services to individuals and groups, highlighting their benefits and addressing customer queries.
