Direct Sales Agent (DSA) at C & I Leasing Plc

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's products and services
• Meet sales targets for deposits, loans, and other banking services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build relationships with existing customers and cross-sell bank products
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND, NCE, or B.Sc in any discipline.
• 0 - 1 year sales or marketing experience (banking experience an advantage).
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
