Digital Transformation Manager at SENCE Nigeria

Job Summary: 

• Our client; an Investment management company, is seeking the services of an experienced, forward thinking and strategic executive, someone who can devise policies that will help the company get ahead and take advantage of the constant changes in this digital age and enable value-creating growth.
• They will coordinate all aspects of digital adoption, look for the best and most efficient ways to implement the transformation, and move the company forward technologically.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Getting familiar with all products and services offered by the company.
• Formulating strategies and creating system guidelines that help the company take advantage of technological advancements in the financial industry. This will include not only forming benchmarks and milestones but also budget planning.
• Managing the processes of transformation and advising other employees and executives on upcoming innovations also overseeing every aspect of it in a leading role.
• Performing re-orientation of staff to equip them with technical knowledge and social skills needed to move the company forward
• Conducting assessments of corporate culture, performance, and change readiness while leading one or more teams to build and implement digital, data visualizations of our work products for customers.
• Identifying IT security vulnerabilities in the organization’s network.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure organization’s IT infrastructure and networking.
• Providing technical and functional direction to vendors and/or contract staff during the construction, maintenance, and implementation of assigned information systems projects to ensure project requirements are met.
• Remaining in tune with trends in the financial industry, IT security standards, threats development, opportunities in new and existing markets  and predicting vital next moves to keep the company ahead.
• Working with other teams/execs to perform audit on current policies and identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
• Be responsible for local organization data security and personnel security internal control, drive employee awareness training and compliance standards for the company.
• Defining prospects for future learning that will allow the application of digital transformational technologies.
• Performing related duties commensurate with the nature of the post.

Requirements

• The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily
• University degree in Information Technology is preferable.
• At least 10 years of working experience with previous hands-on Technical Project Management experience within a complex environment. 
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Microsoft Cloud (Office 365 / Azure) Networking, Data Centres, hardware, and Integration.
• Project design and management qualification
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent documentation skills
