• Wootlab Foundation with support from Microsoft Philanthropies is establishing a National Basic and Mid-level Digital Upskilling Training targeted at 100,000 youths, across all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT, to boost employability and entrepreneurial skills through digital skills training, address the basic digital skills gaps that are in demand and bridge the digital divide across communities in Nigeria.
• Our goal is to Leverage the Microsoft Community Training (MCT) platforms (a train-the-trainer model) which is implemented in both virtual and physical workshops) to build the capacity of 200 trainers/facilitators to effectively deliver training to 100,000 beneficiaries across 36 states and the FCT over 10 months (January 2022 - October 2022), through a blend of trainer-led interactive sessions, peer to peer workshops and self-learning methods.

Job Description
We are looking for experienced trainers from 36 states including the FCT to equip selected trainees in the states with relevant digital skills in specified learning tracks:

• Web Design
• Graphic Design
• Digital Marketing
• Productivity tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• The trainer must have previous experience in facilitation (Online and offline).
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding and conceptualization of the assigned task.
• The facilitator must have a shared vision of the program Initiative and foster a conducive environment for the realization of the event.
• Be able to plan and organize the graduation event appropriately if the need arises.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree / NCE / OND qualification.
• The facilitator must be resident in one of the 36 states and FCT.
• Must have access to a laptop
• Must have a good internet access
• Should be able to communicate in the dominant language of the resident state fluently
• Ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
