Digital Operations Associate at ESN Petroleum Services Ltd (Energy Smart NG)

• The role covers SEO optimisation, client onboarding and training, data management, platform monitoring, client support, and entry-level technical operations across ESN’s web properties and IoT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-page and technical SEO and monitor organic search performance.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Develop SOPs, user guides, training materials, and onboarding documentation.
• Train clients and staff on ESN platforms and workflows.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, IoT, SIM, client, and transaction records.
• Monitor FleetOS, ESN web platforms, Borrow Me Fuel, and IoT connectivity.
• Receive, troubleshoot, track, and escalate client support tickets.
• Maintain and update the ESN Knowledgebase.
• Perform basic website updates using HTML/CSS.
• Manage device and SIM activation and verify data flow.
• Use Google Tag Manager, browser DevTools, Google Sheets/Excel, and relevant digital tools.  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in digital operations, web operations, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and at least one SEO tool such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Experience creating SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Familiarity with website uptime monitoring and digital platforms. 
• Preferred: Experience with tech/SaaS, fleet/logistics, IoT or fintech; basic HTML/CSS, browser DevTools, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets/Excel formulas and pivot tables.
