Job Summary

The Digital Officer – Data and Automation is responsible for automation efforts via Low Code solutions. This is in addition to creating and orchestrating standardized data flows across various Business Units. They bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design and present it in ways to help management and the business at large make better decisions.

The Digital Officer – Data and Automation is responsible for automation efforts via Low Code solutions. This is in addition to creating and orchestrating standardized data flows across various Business Units. They bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design and present it in ways to help management and the business at large make better decisions.

Roles and Responsibility

• Developing Automated Solutions and processes for departmental workflows.

• Optimizing data marts, warehouse performance for downstream analysis.

• Data sources modelling and integration to Cloud warehouses

• Developing and maintaining self-service Business intelligence capabilities across the group

• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

• Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.

• Automating and integrating data collection processes across the group level

• Create data standards and governance to improve data quality and use across the group

• Develop training and upskill sessions to increase technical data-centric-capacity across the group

• Cultivate a data-driven and automate-first culture across the group

• Building, testing, and maintaining re-useable scaled data pipelines Any other task as assigned by ManagementKey Performance Indicators

• Improvement in the availability of data to end users.
