• We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-converting advertising campaigns focused on generating quality leads, increasing conversions, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Design and test ad creatives, landing pages, and sales funnels for improved performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable reports.
• Implement SEO and content strategies to support organic lead generation efforts.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and platform updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience generating and nurturing high-quality leads across different industries.
• Solid understanding of conversion optimization and sales funnels.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and retargeting strategies.
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
