    Digital Marketing & Sales Manager

    Role Summary:

    • The purpose of our DMSM position is to develop Marketing and Sales Strategies and lead its execution to achieve the company's Sales goals and objectives.

    Key Accountabilites

    • Achieve Managements Marketing and Sales goals and objectives in accordance with our Busins Plan.
    • Create Social Media Marketing strategies- campaigns (including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules to achieve
    • Ensure Brand consistency in our Social Media Nlarketing positioning by working with relevant internal and external teams/ stakeholders.
    • Grow and expand company social media presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, "likTok, WhatsApp and Telegram,
    • Ensure the circulation of engaging written or graphic contents in the form Ofe- newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
    • Conduct market research and submit report to Management.

    • Personal Qualities- Passionate and Self-Motivated Personality with exemplar busin• mindset and attention to
    • ICT & Social Media skills- At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and excellent Social
    • Media Marketing (Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts).
    • Communication skills- Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Performance Evidence- Clear evidence of achievements in Digital Marketing in past in last 3 years.
    • Emotional Intelligence- High social and relationship management skills.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Education- first degree in any field (2/2 minimum). MBA with specialization in Marketing is an advantage.
    • Experience- Minimum of 3 years experience in Social Media Marketing, one of which must be as Team Lead or Manager.
    • Industry- Service (EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, Insurance, etc).
    • Compatsation: Industry competitive with performance-tier commission.
